Kiss Challenge
I started this one with more than enough time to finish it in time for Valentine’s Day, but as the fates would have it, my PC has been on a downward spiral for the last year or so and lately its fun new THING is to crash while I’m streaming something. YouTube, Spotify, if there’s something streaming, there’s a chance the computer will slowly, program by program, shut itself down.
I can usually tell something is wrong when I see that the clock is no longer accurate, even if things seem like they’re still functioning otherwise. Then the music or video will stop. Then programs will slowly stop responding. And eventually… everything freezes.
Now, normally the visceral instinct of every digital artist to SAVE their work at the first hint of something being amiss is useful. Buuuuut in this case, my swift attempt to save as my PC died just meant the final kiss art I was working on got corrupted in the process.
Suffice it to say, I have now bought new PC parts…
BUT ANYWAY! It’s done! And it was a lot of fun. I love drawing these two together.
